New Student Registration Information



New students who wish to get enrolled at school in any grade level must meet the following requirements:



1 - fill an admission application form by the parent at the beginning of term 2 and present the following documents:


- Certificate of enrollment from prior school.


- Recent prior school report card.


- Copy of the last two annual report cards (except for kindergarten).


- Passing Certificate from the previous academic year authenticated from the ministry of education/ Private sector.


- Certificate of Good conduct, taking into consideration that the administration has the right to refer to the concerned party for further details.


- Copy of the identity card and extract of civil status.


- Six passport photos .


- Medical certificate of good health and vaccination card or medical record.




2- The student has to be within the normal legally accepted age range of the class he/she wishes to be enrolled in.

New Student Registration Requirements:



Kindergarten / Preschool:



- Admission interviews will be scheduled for parents of new students at preschool after submitting the application (note that the presence of the student is a must).


- During the admission interview, there will be a short meeting with parents and then afterwards, the child will have to answer questions

pertinent to specific concepts that match the child’s growth, learning abilities, psychomotor skills, and cognitive development.


Cycles 1 and 2:



- The student has to take a passing grade( 12/20) on the entrance exam test, which is prepared and administered by the school administration,

in the following subject matters: Arabic Language, English Language, and Math.


Cycles 3:



- The student has to take a passing grade( 12/20) on the entrance exam test, which is prepared and administered by the school administration,

in the following subject matters: Arabic Language, English Language, Math, and Sciences.
